From the makers of Sassy Sister Liqueur comes something new from Bilyara Springs: two small-batch gins built around the blueberries we grow in the Strathbogie Ranges.
BB Sipping Gin (honey, cinnamon & blueberry, 38% ABV) is made for slow, fireside sipping. Raw local honey and whole-quill cinnamon give it a naturally golden colour and a gentle spiced warmth, with a bright berry finish.
BB Gin (blood orange, juniper, cardamom & blueberry, 40% ABV) is our bold, ruby-hued botanical gin. Sun-ripened Australian blood orange and cracked green cardamom sit alongside classic juniper and our farm-grown blueberries. Crisp, complex and made for a proper G&T.
