  • One large ice sphere
  • A lightly toasted cinnamon stick
  • Three fresh blueberries

Pour the gin over a large ice sphere in a heavy tumbler. Garnish with a lightly toasted cinnamon stick and three fresh blueberries, then sip slowly.

BB Sipping Gin · Long and livelySpiced Orchard Highball

  • 45ml BB Sipping Gin
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • Dry ginger beer
  • A twist of orange peel or a slice of lime

Build the gin and lemon juice in a tall glass over ice. Top with dry ginger beer and finish with a twist of orange peel or a slice of lime.

Pour into a heavy tumbler or a small tasting glass at room temperature. Let it sit for a minute, then savour slowly. Honey and cinnamon first, blueberry on the finish.

  • 50ml BB Blood Orange Gin
  • 150ml Mediterranean tonic water
  • A dehydrated blood orange wheel
  • A lightly crushed cardamom pod

Fill a large glass with ice and pour in the gin. Top with tonic and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel and a lightly crushed cardamom pod.

  • 30ml BB Blood Orange Gin
  • 30ml Sassy Sister Blueberry Liqueur
  • 30ml sweet rosso vermouth
  • A wedge of blood orange

Our family twist on the classic: Sassy Sister takes the place of the bitter. Stir all three over ice until well chilled, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a wedge of blood orange.
